The COLORADO CONNECTION is supported by voluntary contributions of time and funds and yours are appreciated and encouraged. The fact you are looking at this page is encouraging! 🙂 We are not a club in the classical sense with members, we are truly an open repeater system for all. Like any repeater system, however, it does take a lot of support to keep it working. For this repeater system that support is entirely voluntary. Supporting the system can happen in many ways.

FUNDS: Donations of money or equivalent is always appreciated and takes care of things that can only be handled this way like rent, insurance, utility bills, etc. We are a 501(c)3 organization, so hopefully donations are tax deductible for you.

  • Donations by check can be mailed to the address below. You will get a reply with a letter suitable for the IRS.
  • Donations via . You will get a reply via email with an offer for a letter on paper for the IRS.
  • You can support us via Amazon Smile too.  Sign up here.

EQUIPMENT: We take and appreciated equipment too. Repeater equipment we can use directly, but even if not repeater or even ham radio equipment, we take donations as well and can sell them at hamfests or Ebay. If you have something you’d like to discuss, email us at (Board of Directors) and someone will get back to you.

TIME: Donations of time and talent are important too. Our maintenance season is mostly the mid to late summer as that is the only time most repeater sites are accessible, they are covered with snow the rest of the year. To get notifications of work parties, sign up for our mailing list here.
